Karen redefines real estate agents. She is knowledgeable, tenacious, and thoughtful. My previous experience with buying a home was stressful and made me feel like I had to fight for every inch, I dreaded having to buy a house again. Karen alleviated my apprehension the moment we met, and made the whole experience feel like a spa day!
SHE followed up with me regularly.
SHE negotiated for what I wanted in the sale. SHE arranged for a house cleaner (who did an outstanding job, and was so friendly!) to do a deep clean before I moved in.
I am so grateful for Karen, and have made a friend in her.
I highly reccomend her services, and will only use her in the future! If you're in need of someone to find you a new home, and walk alongside you the whole way, Karen is the person you need!!
