Can I just say…WOW! I loved Karen!!
She almost became one of the
family! :)) My husband and I searched for a year and Karen and her team stuck with us the whole time with nothing but support and love! Where to begin about Karen and the Prestige Home Buying experience, it was all incredible.
We had a baby on the way, career moves, and selling/buying a new home all wrapped up into a couple of months. Karen and Hannah were there every step of the way to bring us reassurance and knowledge while looking for and selling our home.
Hannah was willing to show us a house any free moment she had. Karen would answer all of our wild questions about selling and buying at any time of the day.
While showing our home Karen and Hannah were conscious of our work schedules and schedules around the dogs.
We cannot thank you enough Karen and Hannah! You are wonderful team and you brought such peace in a chaotic time. You were an answer to a lot of fervent prayers!

Karen Pfannerstill and her assistant Hannah were incredible. My wife and I are currently enjoying an amazing house at a great price that would have undoubtedly been off the market within minutes. I am grateful and impressed by their watchful eye and swift actions on our behalf. I’m sure there are a lot of fine realtors out there, but I couldn’t recommend anyone else. They are experienced and talented realtors, and it shows.

We have had the good fortune to know Mrs. Karen Pfannerstill for over a year. She has been without a doubt the most effective realtor we have ever worked with. While we didn’t fully know what we wanted she found us exactly what we were looking for in a new home. The one thing I can say about Karen is that she is QUICK and reliable. I can't say enough about how easy she made the process of buying a home. Not only did she take her valuable time to meet and show me different properties (sometimes with short notice), she allowed me to take my time to view the property while explaining everything in-depth. If she didn't know the answer to something (very rare), she would immediately exhaust all avenues to find out! I know that there are a lot of real estate agents, but Karen is one of a small percentage that has been in and around this area since high school, and once you tell her what you are looking for (type of neighborhood and price range), she instantly knows what part of the city or adjacent city to take you to; this type of knowledge isn't something you learn from looking at maps in the office! Sincerely, if you are looking for the ABSOLUTE BEST, look no further, Karen is the right agent for you!
