We listed our house with Karen and had no idea what to do with all the packing up who has time to think about showing your house Karen came in and did EVERYTHING from moving my coffee tables to turning my lamp closer to the wall she made a few adjustments to the kitchen counter like moving the coffee machine and my plant that was on the counter after her photographer came and took the pictures it didn't even look like our house she made it look do different just moving things around she called and told me what I needed to do as far as going to the village to get the necessary paperwork she had an open house 2 days after it was listed and it was sold within 48 hrs I would say Karen is one of i the best realtors around she really nos her job I would refer her to anyone who is looking yo sell their home and has no clue where to start leave it to Karen sh ll handle it sll for you

Karen did a fantastic job helping my brother and I sell my mother's home after her passing. She made recommendations on some basic improvements we could do to maximize the sales price. We took her recommendations, and she handled all the work with the contractors and the required village inspections. My brother and I both live out of state so this would have been an impossible task for us to do. She regularly sent us updates and often times included pictures of the progress. All in all, she did a fantastic job and got us a much higher price that we expected. She is hard working, knowledgeable and communicates well. We could not be happier with her level of service as she went above and beyond our expectations!

Karen has helped me both buy and sell homes in Villa Park and Lombard. She knows exactly what I am looking for and hand picks listings for me. She schedules plenty of time for showings and never rushes me through. I am impressed with her knowledge of building mechanicals and construction, as well as her ability to see a home’s true potential. I appreciate that she is patient and never pressures me. When I am ready to make an offer, she gives me her full attention and gets it done. We have purchased five homes together and the fact that I am a repeat client really says it all. Karen will advocate for you. She stays on top of all details on behalf of her client right up to the closing.

On the selling side, she has also done a fantastic job for me. She is hands-on with her listings. Her marketing is thorough and wide-reaching. She has excellent communication skills and works well with other realtors, appraisers and lenders. We have closed four sales together and once again, she stays involved every step of the way. Karen’s communication and knowledge of the real estate industry is exceptional. She is so easy to work with, especially during a trying time of selling my mother’s home, who passed away. She helped me stay on track and was responsive to emails and phone calls making me feel like she was always available. Karen is amazing. As a first time homebuyer-there is so much you *think* you know, so much that you just don't know, and so, so much more to a home purchase beyond a listing and an asking price; Especially in this super hot market.

Karen was incredibly patient, informative, flexible with my schedule, and thorough in getting to know me, my budget and what I was looking for in my home. She cares incredibly about her clients and their future happiness, and does not hesitate to answer any questions or explain anything that may be confusing about a house itself, or the process of purchasing one.

With this being my first home buying experience I was nervous about the process. I didn’t know what to expect and I didn’t want to be taken advantage of in an industry I didn’t know much about. I asked my friends who have previously bought/in the process of buying about the process and tried to look up as much information as possible before talking with a realtor about this industry.
