Karen Reiter has actively represented buyers and sellers since 1982. She has significant experience representing individuals, businesses, developers, landlords and tenants in domestic and international real estate transactions.
Karen’s experience includes both the residential luxury market as well as the commercial market and at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty she combines both aspects with a great team of experts. Karen has represented national developers of significant residential properties, including developers of luxury condominium properties in Florida and Brazil. Besides representing clients, she has been personally engaged in real estate acquisition and development, financing, management, sales and leasing. She was a founder and Managing Director of Tanglewood Acquisition Group, LLC (“TAG”), a company that specialized in real estate acquisition, development, sales, management and leasing.
Over the last thirty-eight years, she has been directly involved in commercial and residential real estate investments involving warehouse/flex space, retail, general and medical office buildings and development sites, as well as luxury condominium sales, leasing and management. She is currently involved in the management of commercial and residential properties, including consulting in acquisitions of NNN properties throughout the nation. Karen has held an active Florida Real Estate License since 1982. She is a native of Sao Paulo, Brazil and has lived in South Florida for forty-three years. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.
