We first met Karen at an open house, where she was representing the seller. We were immediately impressed by how beautifully she presented the property, how kind and attentive she was, and how genuinely willing she was to understand what our family was looking for. I remember leaving and telling my husband that when we found the right home, Karen was exactly the person I wanted on our side.When that moment finally came, choosing Karen was an easy decision, and working with her completely confirmed our first impression.

Karen was exceptional throughout the entire process - incredibly responsive, confident, proactive, thoughtful, and always one step ahead. Her experience was invaluable as we worked through the technical questions and issues that come with buying a house. She has an excellent network of trusted inspectors and specialists and always knew exactly whom to involve when we needed additional expertise.

Whenever something unexpected came up, Karen always had several possible solutions. She thinks outside the box, explains options clearly, and stays calm and confident even in difficult situations.
