Karen Rose is an outstanding Real Estate Real Estate Professional. In addition to her knowledge, experience and track record, Karen is a "value-add" advocate for her clients.

She went the extra mile for me in so many ways. She asked her husband to take care of important installations during prelisting staging when help wasn't available. Their efforts enabled us to get to market faster. And it worked. We sold in a day.

Karen was very responsive 7 days a week. She went to bat for me negotiating favorable rates with outside providers and was always positive, friendly and there for me the whole time. I valued her input every step of the way. I recommend her to anyone who wants the best because she is the best!

Karen Rose’s performance in listing my home in Arden, NC was exemplary by any professional real estate standard. While my previous realtor provided minimal communication or follow-up with potential buyers, Karen called the showing realtor after every visit to garner an assessment of what potential buyers thought of my home.

From a marketing perspective, the brochures Karen created reflected a home three times the value. The primary 4-page brochure was comparable to a sales presentation from a Fortune 500 firm and the leaflets disseminated for potential buyers to take home were full-colored and mesmerizing. Photographs disseminated to the multiple online realtor web sites were incredible! As an amateur photographer, I understand lighting and perspective and the photographs used to market my home were sensational.

After a thorough market analysis, Karen determined the price that was appropriate for the neighborhood and was consistent in her evaluation over the brief time the house was listed. Even when I wanted to lower the price for a quick sale, she held firm and ultimately I was rewarded by her insight as the full listing price was obtained.

Throughout the closing period, she remained fully committed to the process and was diligent in working with the buyer’s agent and all the ancillary affiliates to ensure a smooth transition. She was always cool, calm and professional - even when I was panicking!

From a personal perspective, Karen was warm, steady, dependable, very knowledgable and rapidly responded to all my requests for assistance. As someone who relocated many times during a lengthy professional career, I can attest to Karen’s diligence, forthrightness and commitment to the real estate process and unequivocally recommend her real estate services.
