I’m Karen Russo, a Tucson-based Realtor® dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams. Before real estate, I spent several years as a social worker managing a foster care licensing program—an experience that taught me the importance of trust, communication, and compassion.

As a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), I take pride in assisting active-duty military members, veterans, and their families as they navigate the unique challenges of relocating and homeownership. Whether buying, selling, or relocating to the Tucson area, my goal is to make each client’s experience smooth, informed, and stress-free.

Guided by honesty, kindness, and strong ethics, I’m committed to providing the highest level of personal service. Outside of real estate, I’m a mom, wife, wine lover, animal enthusiast, and HGTV addict who believes finding “home” should always feel exciting and rewarding.
