Karen was a true pleasure to work with, in both selling our home of many years and assisting us with buying a new home at a price within our budget in a different but appealing town. My husband and I really appreciated Karen's patient, measured demeanor and ethical stance in the current fast-paced, sometimes gimmicky, real-estate market. Most of all, Karen went above and beyond to find us a new home, sending out hundreds of letters to prospective sellers, bringing us options that were unavailable to the general home seeker. She did so much to help remove the anxiety in this nerve-wracking process. We would highly recommend Karen Sanft as your broker.

Karen has been SO great to work with every single step of the way! We had a couple frustrating hiccups selling our house and Karen was absolutely amazing in helping us navigate the process, connecting us with great vendors/other resources to get work done, and took initiative to coordinate/meet vendors so we could focus on our purchase.
