Karen has been amazing to work with. She really listened to what was important to me in both selling my house and buying a new one, and she delivered on both accounts. She has an unmistakable talent for preparing a property for sale with her staging and listing knowledge! In buying, Karen’s preparation and attention to detail were invaluable, and really helped in identifying homes I was interested in and showed skill in negotiating .
She has now become not just my a Realtor, but a good friend. I would not hesitate to recommend Karen to anyone as an excellent Realtor.
