In 2015, Karen advanced her career by earning her Financial Investment License. She has spent many years educating people about financial literacy, focusing on empowering middle-class families to master money management and attain a debt-free lifestyle.
Now, she has embraced her dream career as a Realtor, leveraging her financial advisor experience, HVAC expertise, and passion for interior design to help clients in their home buying journeys, whether it's their first home, a dream residence, or downsizing. Her experiences have equipped her to guide others on their path to homeownership. In 2005, Karen created a ten-year strategy to build her business from scratch, with the goal of reaching million-dollar status. By 2015, she successfully accomplished this objective and sold her company in pursuit of new challenges. Subsequently, Karen founded her own event planning business. Her enterprise, Karen's Kustom Designs & Events, has since received a 5-star rating and continues to thrive under her leadership.
Karen's accomplishments include being recognized in the Who's Who of Female CEOs, receiving the Talk of the Town and achieving Excellence in Customer Service honors. She is passionately dedicated to community engagement, serving as a board member for the Manheim Chamber, Business Expo Chair, Girl Scout Leader, Special Olympics Volunteer, EMT, and Water Street Rescue Mission Volunteer, among various other significant initiatives. Recently, Karen joined the Inner Excellence team to help build Homes for Hope for families lacking food, water, or shelter. This project holds special significance for her, as she aims to construct two more homes this year, with plans for more in the future. Additionally, Karen donates a portion of her sales to her clients' chosen charities and another part to Homes for Hope for the next construction. By assisting you in finding a home, she is also contributing to building homes for others in need!
