Karen Spell grew up and worked in a Real Estate environment as both her parents were brokers who owned and operated a Real Estate Office. Upon graduation from University of Miami School of Law, Karen managed the Real Estate division of a large law firm and four years later transitioned into private practice opening a Real Estate Title Agency. She remained in private practice throughout her 20+ year career before selling her company to relocate to North Carolina.
As a business owner and dealing with buyers, sellers, lenders, and Realtors daily, Karen developed exceptional communication, organizational, and people skills as well as building a wealth of knowledge in the field of Real Estate. She can put her knowledge, skills, and experience to work for her clients.
While she can and does sell and list Real Estate anywhere in the NE Atlanta area, including Hoschton, Buford, Flowery Branch, Dacula, Cumming, Johns Creek, and more, her area of focus is 55+ Communities. She is a designated SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and a 55+ Community Expert.
When she is not working, Karen enjoys spending time with her daughter, granddaughter, grandson, her two Mini Schnauzers, family, and friends. Her favorite activities include reading, cooking, gardening, golf, and last but not least, watching Major League Baseball.
