Edit: Karen has done it again 7 years later and helped us find our new home. It took a long time and one crazy market but Karen kept working hard to help us find our new house. She fielded calls while on vacation and on the weekends. She truly puts in the work to help her clients find the house for them. At no point did she make us feels like our expectations were ridiculous or feel rushed. Karen is an awesome realtor.

When she helped us buy our townhouse she went above an beyond. We looked for almost a year and she never seemed to get frustrated with us. She is very good at what she does. When we start looking for the next house she is who we are going to call.

My husband and I were recommended by his coworker to contact Karen for our first home search and we are so glad we did! Buying a first home can be super overwhelming but Karen made the whole process so smooth, really listened to our wants and needs, and was always available to answer an email, text, or phone call with any questions we had and reached out to other parties in the process to get us answers quickly as well. She’s extremely personable and you can tell she really cares about her clients. She’s fantastic at what she does and I’d recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!! I have known Karen for a while now. She is the best. My house sold in 4 days. Up on friday and contract on Monday. Fabulous. Later she found my new venture, a condo. She has helped my entire family with their needs as well. She really looks out for you. You can't and won't find anyone in her class. She is a friend and advocate when buying or selling. Call her. You won't find anyone better.

Karen is amazing. We did a marathon run of looking at houses she spent the whole day with us and rolled with the punches. 20+ in one day. Didn’t bat an eye when I refused to get out of the car and go inside. Or when I walked in asked for the bathroom and there wasn’t one within 20 feet of the door, and turned around and left. She found us the perfect home with everything I wanted. She seriously checked all the boxes and I could not be happier. Side note: the perfect one was the first one she took us to.

Karen was the best real estate agent. I was very specific on the home type for which I was looking. She was very helpful in helping me find just the right home.
