Karen is an amazing realtor. I was a real estate agent in California so I can tell you from my own experience how she performed for her clients was exceptional. She is not only professional, personable, cares about her clients, keeps in touch with them to let them know how everything is progressing from beginning to end, but she also goes out of her way to make sure everything flows smoothly and she is completely honest. Karen was the agent who sold my husband and I our first home in Cedar Falls and did a great job. When my husband passed away in November 2021, Karen was there for me every step of the way. I highly recommend Karen because I truly feel she is the best agent and will get the job done for you.

We had the opportunity to work with Karen since 2013 to buy 3 houses and sell 2 houses in Cedar Falls. We recently sold a house in Feb 2022 when we were no longer living in Iowa. The house needed a number of repairs and Karen was very helpful recommending contractors and helping to coordinate repairs and upgrades while looking after the house until closing. After the repairs, we listed it for sale and had an offer above asking right away. After that, Karen helped to push across the finish line with paperwork and inspections for closing. Karen helped us sell our home of 41yrs.. She was very understanding of our lack of knowledge in real estate sales that have occurred in years since buying a home. She also understood our hesitancy of selling a home that has become a very integral part of our past and our children's past. She was able to get our home sold in 2 days. Karen was also our agent for buying our replacement home. She was able to work through some issues to help us get the home we really desired. I must also note that we were initially thinking of moving from Waterloo to Cedar Rapids and Karen made contact and went with us to view several homes in Cedar Rapids and Parkersburg.

I would highly recommend Karen in buying or selling real estate. She listens and helps guide you in your decision process. Very pleased.

I would (and have) recommend Karen to every single person I know. She is one of the most amazing realtors and person I've ever met. She found me the house of my dreams and took me to see it on Sunday, the 4th of July. She's very up front about things, no matter what. Initially we wanted try selling the house by ourselves I had received just sold card from Karen when her client bought a house in our neighborhood As we were going to sell our house, I held on to that card for her contact info and contacted her. I am glad we found her. We had a wonderful experience . She held lot of open houses and used all the available technology to post the house in several sites and monitored the traffic. Prepared very beautiful brochure to send to all her clients and to provide to the people who visited the open house. When we moved out, she took very good care of the plants and the house. She ended up being dual agent and the way she represented seller and the buyer was very professional. As we moved out of state, she helped us in arranging people to fix minor repairs requested by the buyer, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. Provided all the guidance needed and the closing went very smooth. I recommend Karen for any seller or the buyer.

HOW WOULD YOU FIND THE PERFECT HOME BUYING/SELLING EXPERIENCE??? I would with two words... “Call Karen!”

Karen has been there for my family from the start. She found us the perfect starter home, helped our friends find their dream home, assisted us in settling into our acreage now, and sold our starter in a FLASH. I’ve heard how stressful selling a home could be... but I suppose those other folks didn’t call Karen!

She doesn’t stop at “good” she doesn’t stop at “great”. She is EXCEPTIONAL. She is apart of our family and we just wouldn’t be able to call this place home without her!
