As we were moving from the city to the suburbs she was able to go out and do countless videos and tours for us so we didn’t have to drive back-and-forth. Karen is an amazing broker!! She worked with us on both our purchase and sale and was amazing at both. She was able to understand and distill exactly what type of house we were looking for, and she went out of her way by previewing and doing virtual tours where she would FaceTime us while touring the house to ensure we found exactly what we were looking for. On the sale side, she brought in the best photo and video team, even a fly-through drone that brought in the neighborhood feel of our ‘old’ house and got us multiple offers in the first days on the market. She is very responsive and knows the North Shore inside and out. In our new home search, she educated us on all of the various neighborhoods and even took us around to favorite restaurants and shops to get a feel for the neighborhood. On the sale side, she worked her network to drive buyers to see the house and drove a marketing campaign to make us a “hot” home. Karen was always very respectful of our timelines and wasn’t pushy at any point. When it came down to the negotiations, she was smart, level-headed and thoughtful, ensuring that we felt that we were happy with where both deals ended up. Karen ensures that you feel a “personal touch” to everything, and she really cared about our needs. Karen was such a pleasure to work with, and we’d recommend her to everyone!

She's not only very pleasant to be with, she was patient - we saw multiple properties - and allowed me to get a frame of reference on what was out there.
