Karen is a native Georgia peach and spent most of her childhood in Charlotte, North Carolina. Having been back in Atlanta for over 15 years, Karen has fallen in love with Atlanta and plans to call it home forever. Blessed with a warm and inviting personality, Karen never meets a stranger.
Karen has degrees in both Marketing and Supply Chain Management and has over 10 years of Fortune 50 corporate experience building creative and effective marketing strategies, designing systematic approaches to running successful multi-million-dollar businesses and learning to master the art of negotiations and relationship management. She has a strong technology background that has propelled her into developing a large social media networking presence, as well as a unique and relevant video marketing platform.
When she made the transition out of Corporate America, she took some time to learn her passions and her unique strengths, and discovered she thrives in building deep and lasting relationships with everyone she meets. She loves connecting people with others and services in her large network, and enjoys building effective systems and tools that allow her to serve her clients at a high level. Karen utilizes the latest apps and has built programs to make her clients’ home selling or buying journey convenient and easier to navigate.
Karen addresses the client’s selling and buying journey with a consultative and systematic approach. She invests time with her clients to learn their personality and what is important to them. She desires to cater to their needs and preferred communication style. She will educate the clients from the beginning to the end of the life cycle of their sale or purchase, and she will provide them reminders and follow ups along the way. Her goal is for clients to feel comfortable and confident.
