Karen helped me purchase a flipped home that didn’t deliver everything as advertised. It didn’t have a gas line as listed and some of the features were substandard. Having experience in flipping homes herself, she help the other party accountable. She also had a trustworthy person for plumbing and other repairs I used.

Karen is well-versed in all aspects of the real estate industry. From sales, rentals, renovations, securing a mortgage, etc., Karen leads and advises her clients with a high degree of knowledge and care. She is an agent who actually truly cares about her clents! I should know because I purchased 2 beautiful condos through her. She helped guide me through the entire process from locating appropriate properties that were within my budget and needs, through to the renovation process. It is also important to mention that she does a great job representing her clients and is, hands down, the master negotiator! And lastly, because she has been in the industry for so many years and has done countless renovations, she has on her roster some of the best contractors/specialists. Therefore, her renovations are always completed with the highest quality. And if that isn’t enough, once the renovation is completed she meticulously checks over EVERYTHING to ensure lines are straight, no streaks in paint jobs, appliances all work properly, etc.
