I was a first time homebuyer and Karen knew just how to field my questions and concerns. I didn't know too much about the real estate process but she walked me through everything step by step. She is an awesome realtor and I'd recommend her if you're buying your first or fifth home. She is knowledgeable about neighborhoods and price ranges. She was able to show me what I could afford and didn't show me homes out of my price range to get my hopes up. She kept the entire experience realistic, but was great to work with!

Karen was an awesome agent to have with me on my first home purchase. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the Wilmington area, but she is also a mortgage expert. She was fundamental in helping get a good mortgage that was right for me and finding a great starter home for my family and me. Karen is a constant professional, extremely knowledgeable about DE, and the mortgage process. She puts the needs and wants of her clients first and does whatever she can to find that perfect home. We have known Karen for over 13 years. She helped us with the purchase and sale of our first two homes. Unfortunately when we decided to move back to PA Karen was unable to assist with the search or purchase of our new home however, she personally found us an agent that we could work with and who was knowledgeable in the area we wanted to live. Even though she was not involved in the purchase of our new home, she always checked in with us to make sure we were doing ok. Karen is an excellent real estate agent. She has processed two sales for me. She listened to what I wanted, searched the listings, and provided those homes for me to review. Once I decided to make an offer, that is where she has expertise that is second to none. Her knowledge of the systems to know the pricing, the rules and regulations, the next steps, and follow through until the closing are absolutely wonderful. She makes it as easy as possible for the buyer. If I ever to sell or buy another home, she will be the first person I call. I have referred Karen several times and have received a thank you from each referral. Just for information, I have been through this process 5 times and the last two were through Karen.

She's outstanding personally, as well - straightforward but always respectful of her clients' needs.
