Karen will work for you. As a couple who were both starting jobs at the nearby hospitals, we had very specific location preferences in addition to budget and design considerations. Karen understood exactly what we were looking for and sifted through all the listings to find us many great options. Even after the 3rd, 4th, and 5th property showings, she continued to exceed expectations in terms of her own availability and our additional requests. Because we were considering a remodel of the property we eventually bought, Karen would arrange additional showings prior to our closing so that we could bring in contractors to make assessments--literally spending entire days at the property because she was required to be there by the seller. She could be reached at any time, and no problem was too big or too small for her to handle immediately. I cannot overstate the fact that Karen will do whatever it takes to satisfy her customers and find them what they need--it is obvious now why every recommendation I received for a great real estate agent in the area was for Karen. -CL and EH, Central West End

We had various locations in mind including West County, SW Burbs, and west of Forest Park, in the mid to jumbo range. I was very impressed with her knowledge in detail of these markets. Karen is very thorough and took extra time to insure we understood the sales contract and other documents. Karen is very professional; and did a great job at communicating with us throughout the process. I would recommend Karen to my business associates, friends and relatives.
