Absolutely Amazing . Mrs. Walls helped me understand the home buying process, she made the experience less stressful. She was thorough and extremely helpful when the first lender failed to follow through on their commitment to me in the process. She connected me with an even better lender who essentially made the entire process so much more efficient and easy. Mrs. Walls is very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend her to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell. Her experience is amazing, with the help of her and the new lender I was able to put an offer and close within 30 days (AMAZING).

My 3rd experience with Mrs. Walls as Subject Matter Expert in Real Estate. My wife and I have built a trusting and appreciative relationship with Karen Walls. Our most recent experience involved the sale of my parents' former home. It was a well-kept quality home, located in a quality neighborhood. The only issue would be possibly buyer perception and doubt. Mrs. Walls instructed us how to overcome these hurdles and obstructions by presenting our home for the benefits it carried. After minor cosmetic updates, Mrs. Wells structured an unbelievable marketing and promotion campaign for our home. She utilized her talented photographer to realize her vision. The home was staged in a way any buyer would be able to visualize the true reality this home could offer. Within days of the listing, offers were presented by numerous buying agents. She navigated through the offers and counseled us on the best all-around offer. We accepted an offer at asking price, with a projected short turnaround time to closing.

As we approached closing, we experienced small obstacles and concerns. All these matters were met head on by Mrs. Walls. Some were in favor for the buyer, and we complied whatever was requested, trusting our agent. When matter involving legal issues arose, a quick solution was presented to keep the process going. Mrs. Wells always attempted to serve as a buffer, minimizing our stress level, but never kept anything from us.

The final end result was a win-win. The buyer was happy and satisfied and we the seller were quite pleased with the end resulting sale. The title company Mrs. Wall selected was outstanding and quick to find solutions to problems keeping the train on the track. I remembered sending them both an email stating that we were lucky to have 'The Dream Team" working for us. My review of my prior two experiences is as successful as this one, if not even more. The only thing that could have been better is that you would allowed me to write 6000 characters about the service received from Mrs. Walls.

Absolutely exceeded all expectations. . Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of selling residential property. From the beginning, she worked diligently assisting my brother and I in selling our childhood home. She answered every question promptly and welcomed our suggestions and feedback. Karen KNOWS the Biz. 5 Stars Isn't Enough. Karen is a Friendly, Enthusiastic, Organized, Fair, Seller and Buyer Advocate who goes Above-and-Beyond for Her Clients! It was by chance (and a blessing) that she was randomly assigned during my pursuit of a seller's agent. Even before selling, Karen offered advice and jumped in when I was a buyer (despite not be my agent because I was buying outside of her area). Karen helped guide us during the selling process as we traveled between locations. She knew the right price and had all the right contacts to make this sale work in the shortest time possible. There was a lot of up-front work to make it perfect. But we received an offer the very first day it hit the market. We accepted the best bid at the perfect price in ONE week! Hands down, great Experience! My husband and I were fortunate enough to meet Karen, through my sister. She was their agent for most, if not all, of their home purchases. As out of town buyers, coming back to MI, there were challenges with having to fly back and forth looking for homes. She accommodated our schedule and were able to see several homes before deciding on the right one.
Karen made the process easy, and answered our 101 questions. It had been a long time since we had purchased a home, so some things had changed. She has been a realtor for a long time, and she definitely knows her stuff! She was also able to recommend a lender, who was just as exceptional as she is.

There͏ is no one like Karen Walls!
There are many realtors to choose from but for us, we would not trust anyone to navigate us through this process but Karen. It was time for us to downsize and we were very specific about the type of condo we wanted. We found the perfect condo but unfortunately ran into title issues that potentially were going to cause the deal to fall apart. Although I was discouraged, Karen never gave up and promised that we would make it to the closing table. To keep hope alive, she still showed us other properties that didn't come close to the home we wanted. Karen went the extra mile to rally her connections which provided real-time information that convinced us to stay on the path. Karen was always responsive, no matter the time, and made sure we knew everything step by step. Karen Walls has all of the qualities you’re looking for in a realtor. Karen is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, attentive to details, thorough and consistently professional. My real estate purchase was a small transaction relative to the size of properties Karen normally handles but she treated me with the same professionalism and courtesy one would expect for a very large transaction. I͏ can't begin to tell you how lucky we were to have been referred to Karen through our network of colleagues. From the very start we felt at ease during the first conversation. Karen is an exemplary agent. We have bought and sold dozens of homes. No-one has ever worked so hard for us and held the integrity of the industry to such a high standard. Karen Walls is an exceptional Real Estate Agent! She was completely awesome in guiding me through the home search process. She completely understood the needs of my family and found us a house that we now call home.

It was to my dismay to find out that a V.A. backed loan is difficult to utilize in the current real estate market when conventional loans and cash may be preferred for various seller reasons.

However, Karen Walls is an expert at knowing how V.A. backed loans operates and understands the needs of veterans. She was able to communicate to her counterpart the specifics of V.A. backed loans to settle the sellers concerns and get the deal closed.

Karen Walls knowledge of the Realm

Karen Walls knowledge of the real estate industry has been instrumental in us purchasing and selling two beautiful homes in the worst (2008) and best (2021) markets. She guided us in both transaction and everything was with ease and peace. We sold our last home in Detroit with a cash offer before it hit the market and resulting in 17 people to view home with 14 offers. We hadn't lived in the home for 12 years. Our tenant, who was also a realtor said we couldn't get no more than a certain amount below market value. We got 20k over the market value with Karen. We will use no other realtor as long as she is in the business. She is just that good. We love her and you will too.

Karen Walls really knows the real estate business and is especially helpful to Veterans. Karen first helped us find the house we wanted and then sold our condo for a good price, helped with the staging of the condo before the sale and was at the closings for both properties.
