Experienced Realtor and Loan Originator NMLS# 2174441. I am a full-time realtor (2016) and loan originator (2021) who works 7 days a week to work around your schedule.

My joy is researching the market daily and sharing it on my TikTok, Instagram, Twitter and You Tube channels so I can provide free insight to all and keep you on top of the housing market before, during and after your home journey. I have cash buyer solutions for those who don’t want to deal with fixing up the home and the entire selling process. I work out of the office every morning so feel free to pop in and ask me anything. I love what I do and wake up appreciative every day knowing I get to help my clients with all their real estate dreams (buy/ sell/ invest) and have fun along the way.

I’m well versed in the research needed in real estate (thanks to my MBA days) whether its contacting one of many city organizations on land, taxes, wells, septics, zoning, MABCD, electricity, city ordinances, neighborhood HOA, covenants and more. So many various events can happen during the home finding/selling process so you need an agent that can get to the bottom of it. Need vendors, let me help? Need staging, I have ideas.

With my background growing up in Orange County, San Diego CA, Seattle WA and living in Wichita since 2003 I’m a great resource for those moving to Wichita from a big city. To answer the main question I get, is all my dad’s relatives (4 brothers so lots of cousins) have lived in Wichita KS their entire lives so I came here often during my childhood on vacations and loved getting away from the city to wide open spaces. And I was always envious of the affordability here.

I have a BA and MBA from San Diego State University. Aside from real estate I love running with a friend a few times a week and playing with my two little doggies Choo choo and Teddi. Currently I’m hooked on learning new plant-based recipes on TikTok.
