After buying and selling several homes in several states, I have never worked with a realtor of Kari’s knowledge, compassion, professionalism. She never missed a single call, never once avoided a question or concern. She explained every detail, she took the time to always make sure the loan process was moving. I have never felt so at peace knowing I did not have to worry about a single thing. Kari is by far the best agent I have had the pleasure to work with in any state I have lived in. I highly recommend Kari. No matter what your corcumstance is, she will work with you tirelessly. I have an agent for life, you will too.

We bought our forever home with Kari's guidance. My husband and I could not be happier!

With the current market, it was a bit of a challenge to get where we are now but thanks to our realtor Kari Courture, we are finally settling into our dream home.

Kari was very kind, informative and patient throughout the home selling and buying process. She was such a help when it came to our financial situation. She was able to connect us with multiple sources to get us on the fast track to a home.

Kari did a wonderful job negotiating on our behalf. If it had not been for her experience and knowledge of her field I don't believe we would of had such a favorable outcome.

I was connected with Kari through a family friend and it was like the stars aligned!! As a first time home buyer, she was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we were well informed of all of the ins and outs of home buying. Even when I didn’t have faith in my ability to buy a house at such a young age, she sure did. I really couldn’t imagine this experience with anyone but Kari. I’ve since suggested her to a handful of friends and family who have used her expertise to sell and purchase homes with great success.
