Kari is an outstanding realtor -- both professional and personable. With Kari's help I was able to find a house located in my preferred location at a price within my budget. She negotiated both the price and a repair needed after the home inspection. Kari has a wide variety of resources from real estate lawyers to electricians which made moving to a new area much easier. During the weeks until closing, Kari always checked in to see how the process of selling, packing and preparing to move was progressing and answered all of my questions. I wholeheartedly recommend Kari Edwards for home rentals, sales, and purchases.
