Kari Lyons

Coronado has been home to Kari for more than 25 years. She has enjoyed working in Real Estate since 2005 and has closed over $140 million in real estate sales. Kari prides herself in developing strong personal relations with her clients. She has gained vast knowledge of residential construction and development working alongside her husband, Bill Lyons of Lyons Construction Corporation, who has designed and built more than 200 new luxury homes in Coronado. Kari is Coronado’s premier new construction real estate agent. Her specialties include contracts, lot purchases, detailed materials and finishes sheets, investment strategies, building trends, and new construction purchases and sales. Kari works with both buyers and sellers at any price point.

Kari informs, advises and protects her clients every step of the way and takes pride in helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Kari understands the importance of being timely and responsive and is available when needed. She does not pressure clients, yet remains with them until all goals are achieved. She is happy to share her design and staging expertise. Through dedication, honesty and extensive real estate knowledge, Kari continues to build lifelong relationships with satisfied clients.

Kari and her husband, Bill, live in the village with their two daughters, Morgan and Brooke. Kari also has two stepsons, Bill and Tom and three grandchildren. She believes in the importance of giving , and has served on the Coronado Schools Foundation Board, has volunteered to coach various local sports, and is a member of the Hotel del Coronado and Coronado Yacht Club. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Kari taught at Coronado Middle School for 12 years. She is passionate about the wonderful place she calls home and has assisted many out of town clients relocate, as well as helped them acclimate to their new surroundings. Kari appreciates the range of homes –old to new- and can shed light on the specific Coronado neighborhoods. She uses various marketing strategies when selling homes, and is happy to meet with clients for a free home valuation.
