Kari Pearce

Kari has joined the great brokerage team at Focus Commercial Real Estate in NW Arkansas. Previously, Kari was Executive Vice President of the Landlord Services Group for Wingert Real Estate. She specializes in landlord representation, investment sales, client consolidation and support, transaction management marketing production, team facilitation and operational efficiency.
During the last 20+ years, Kari as completed over 800 transactions and been Ranked #11 on Blacks’ Guide Top 40 Under 40 Young Guns list, 2008. Kari started her career in commercial real estate at RCS Investments in 1992 followed by Hall Financial, Today Realty Advisors, Bradford Companies and Colliers. Ms. Pearce clients include: CW Capital Ivy Realty Trust REIT, Northern Trust Bank, Brookfield Properties and AEGON USA
Kari’s community involvement includes organizations that make an impact in the lives of others. Kari is active in The Iron Sharpens Iron Scholarship Foundation, Founder; Habitat for Humanity; The Dallas Leadership Foundation – Treasures of Hope; Collin County Crisis Pregnancy Center; Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County; High School Director of Plano West Lacrosse and The American Red Cross. Kari is a member of the North Texas Commercial of Realtors.
