Kari Walling is an explorer. She's always had a passion for discovering new areas, meeting new people and embracing challenges as an exciting experience. Because of this mindset, her journey brought her to Baltimore almost a decade ago. She's been in love with the city ever since! As a transplant from Alaska, she understands the factors and support that are needed when moving to a new area. In the decade she's been in Baltimore, she's bought homes, sold homes, and been a landlord. So, she also understands how overwhelming a real estate transaction can be and how important it is to have a knowledgeable guide.

Kari wants to help people not only find their ideal home, but also guide them as they invest in themselves and the Baltimore area. Prior to working in Real Estate, she graduated from American University in 2009 with BAS in International Relations. She loves to travel! In her downtime you can find her trying new restaurants, playing social sports, or hanging out at the dog park. She currently resides in Hampden with her husband and her dog Lenny.
