My area of expertise is in Residential Real Estate working with Buyers and Sellers in the Resale, New Construction, Vacant Land and Investment markets. One of my greatest strengths is a meticulous attention to detail both in marketing properties and in navigating through each crucial step of a real estate transaction. This analytical side of me is well balanced by a strong creative side inspired by all aspects of interior design. As a result, I offer complimentary consultation on Home Staging to my seller clients who list their homes with me. Many years of showing homes to potential buyers, learning what appeals to the majority of them and gaining formal education in interior design/real estate staging has allowed me to offer this added valuable service to benefit my listing clients in huge way. Relocation is another one of my specialties. I understand the challenges of any relocation, whether military, government or corporate, and I enjoy having the opportunity to help ensure a smooth transition for my clients and their families. I am licensed to practice real estate anywhere in the state of NM. However, I mainly work in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and the surrounding communities of Placitas, Corrales, Los Lunas, Bosque Farms, East (Sandia) Mountains and Edgewood. In addition to over 300 hrs of Real Estate Coursework, I hold a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Environmental Science with an emphasis in Hydrology and Geographic Information Systems. Though my passion is Real Estate, my science/engineering background has definitely served me well in many aspects of the real estate business.
