Karin Mindak

I’m a proud Minnesota native, originally from Prior Lake and currently living in the Lake Minnetonka area. I graduated from Saint Olaf College with a double major in Psychology and Biology, and I was also a member of the tennis team. I went on to earn my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University, which has given me valuable insight into human behavior and communication.

As the daughter of a real estate attorney, I grew up with a strong foundation in ethics, which has helped guide me in providing excellent service to my clients. My passion for real estate goes beyond just selling homes—I leverage my background in psychology to foster meaningful connections and ensure clear communication with my clients every step of the way.

I am committed to staying on top of market trends, keeping my clients well-informed, and offering expert advice on everything from home showings to contract negotiations. I also prioritize creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to help sell homes. Above all, I pride myself on being a calming influence throughout the buying and selling process, making it as smooth and stress-free as possible for my clients.
