Karin is proud to call the Skagit County her home. Having lived in the area her whole life, she is grateful to be raising her family here in the Pacific Northwest.
Karin and her husband, Chris, have two amazing children. Chris owns a successful drywall business, Sterling Walls and More. He has coached youth football for the past five years and Little League for the past six years. Their daughter is active in school leadership, D.E.C.A., and tennis and loves to cheer. And their son loves football, baseball, and playing on his quad. Karin is active with the United General Auxiliary, coached youth cheer for five years, volunteers for the Burlington Eagles Club events for kids, and helps out at Edison Elementary whenever she can. These volunteer projects, as well as having her family involved in so many different activities, keep Karin tied very closely to the community.
Karin started real estate in 2013, and in that time, she has been involved with the Nation Puget Sound Association of Realtors as much as possible. She was the recipient of the N.P.S.A.R. Rookie of the Year in 2014, the N.P.S.A.R Bronze Award of Excellence in 2014 & 2015, and the N.P.S.A.R Silver Award of Excellence in 2016. Karin joined the N.P.S.A.R. Communications Committee in 2015 and is currently on the Board of Directors. She is active in efforts to connect Realtors to community fundraisers such as the Friendship House, Habitat For Humanity, and The Skagit County Community Veteran’s Park.
As a Realtor, Karin focuses on listening to the wants and needs of her clients. She tries to take the fear out of home and instead wants to make it fun and exciting. She wants her clients to know that they are being represented honestly and ethically.
