12/19/2016 - KarriB416 Bought a Single Family home in 2016 in Etna, OH. We have nothing but great things to say about Ms. Perez! She was personable, attentive, knowledgeable and made us feel important. She goes the extra mile and makes you feel like you're her only client. She makes you a priority. She answered our questions honestly and guided us through the entire process of buying our new home.
