Karin Xander

Karin Xander was born and raised in Lima, Peru, where she earned her Dentistry degree in 1996 and successfully ran her own private practice. In 2006, she moved to the United States to marry her husband and start a family, eventually raising three wonderful children.
Determined to continue her professional journey, Karin attended The Ohio State University to pursue dental licensure in the U.S., completing her first year while pregnant with her first child. She later became a licensed EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary), placing dental restorations with skill and care. After a fulfilling career in dentistry, Karin retired from the field in 2023 to focus fully on her passion for real estate.
Karin launched her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Realty in July 2023 and made an immediate impact. She earned the $1 Million President’s Excellence Award in 2023. Her momentum continued with the $5 Million President’s Commitment Award in 2024, Continue growing with the $10 Million President's Excellence Award in 2025. Rookie of the Year & International Diamond Society in 2024 and International President Elite Top 2% in 2025 Coldwell Banker. In 2025 she was named a NAHREP Top 60 Mid West Latino Agent and recognized as a Real Trends Verified Agent 2025. She also holds prestigious certifications, including Coldwell Banker Certified Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist and Certified Buyer Agent Expert.
