Karina Kolb-Formento

As a full-time professional Realtor® since 1992, providing exemplary service is paramount to Karina’s business. She has built her reputation on it. It is also important to her personally. She wants her clients to feel confident that she will use her expertise to help achieve their goals with tenacity, integrity, and the insight of her approximately 30 years of experience.

As a resident of Lake County since 1972, Karina brings a unique knowledge of our community. She has attended local schools and raised her three children here. She is also a second-generation realtor. Her mother, father, brother, sister, and uncle all have sold real estate. It is in her DNA!

Karina’s academic background consists of a Bachelor of Science with a major in marketing and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management with a concentration in Organizational Behavior. Both degrees have benefitted her clients because of her ability to navigate markets good and bad and understand the human necessities to procure a seamless transaction. Karina wants this to be a pleasant experience.
