Buying a house is such a huge decision, and I had a lot of anxiety going into the process. Honestly, if it weren’t for Karine, I don’t think I’d be buying my home today. She made everything feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. Anytime I had a question or needed help, she was right there—quick to respond, patient, and always willing to explain things clearly. She even dropped everything at times to show me houses, and she kept on top of every detail to make sure the process went as smoothly as possible.

Because of her, I feel confident that I made the right decision. If anyone is in the market for a home, I can’t recommend Karine enough. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients!

In my 61 years of life I have bought and sold numerous homes and when you find a realtor you trust you stay with them. Karine is by far the best one I have ever dealt with because she is honest and trustworthy. I have sat with Realtors before that have lied straight to my face only to get more money in their pocket that is NOT who she is. Best advice I can give to anybody is give her a call !!

I would definitely recommend Karine. My husband and I identified some property we were interested in. We had a lot of questions regarding the property. Karine worked with us to get answers to our questions. If she didn’t have the answers, she knew exactly who did have them. Due to some technicalities outside the control of either one of us, we worked to close on the land for 5 months. She kept us well informed during that time and ensured we were fully supported through the process. A++

Karine was wonderful to work with! We bought property through her that was 2 hours from us, she always worked on our schedule and made the process go smoothly, she even came to the land and cleaned things out with us an hauled to the dump on her own time in the rain from leftovers of the previous owner, which we didnt ask her to do that, she just did. We listed our house with her shortly after. which was a 2 hour drive for her, she did great, we accepted an offer as soon as it hit the market when she hosted an open house. Karine is very easy to work with, very knowledgeable and just a nice person! Would work with her again no doubt!

First off I don't EVER do reviews, but i am making an exception for Karine. I can not compliment her enough as a realtor and just being a good person. I was looking to relocate to Minnesota. So Karine worked with me still being in my home state with limited time to travel up north to look at properties. She was veey patient with me and had a clear understanding of my budget and what I was looking for. She would even take the time to go look at prospect peoperties for me and give me her honest opinion. She immediatly earnd my trust and respect. She wasn't out to just sell me anything to make money. Sge wanted nothing more thwn to put me in a home for me. I can't thank you enough fie all your hard work and hours spent making aure I found the home for me. You have a driend for life. Karine helped both sell our old house AND find our beautiful new home! Her communication was absolutely FANTASTIC, one of the best realtors we’ve ever worked with - and we’ve worked with several due to a string of interstate moves. 😅 Buying and selling are so incredibly stressful, and great communication alone makes a HUGE difference in the whole experience. Karine also paid close attention to what both my husband and I wanted, making sure that both of our criteria were met, which was no small feat! 😂 She is professional, kind, thoughtful, and obviously passionate about what she for does, and does WELL!! She went out of her way to coordinate and contact different lenders, refer title companies, work with the seller and advocate our needs. 11/10 would recommend her for your first home buy.

Karine is the best realtor I’ve ever met, personally and professionally. She took time to get to know me and what I was looking for. Although I’m young and a first time home buyer, she took me seriously when other realtors did not. She was patient during my home-buying process. It took me about 6 months of serious shopping to finally close on a perfect house. During that time, Karine was always available for showings that worked best for my schedule. She is one of the hardest workers I’ve met. She was always watching out for my best interest and negotiated firmly on my behalf. Once the sale was complete, Karine continued to add her efforts with my move-in process (e.g. measuring rooms, helping me with color schemes and furnishing ideas, and lending me an enclosed trailer and dropping it off for me).

We had quite the journey selling our home and Karine was with us through it all. We met her 2 yrs before we actually sold and she kept up with us the whole way. We ended up with a unique situation; an offer on our house during renovations and NOT on the market. Needless to say it wasn’t a typical transaction on both the buyer and seller side and she navigated it so well for us! We had it all: out of state move, offer when not listed, renovations to be finished, first time home buyers buying and us needing a short term rent back after closing to pull it all off! Whew, we all need a nap. Ha!

We got to know Karine personally a bit over our time with her and appreciated her friendly demeanor, encouragement and patience! We will be forever grateful for her role in what turned out to be one of the biggest/best decisions of our life.
