Late in 2020 through early 2021, in the midst of the worst part of the COVID19 pandemic in NYC, Karine was my Buyer’s Agent for the purchase of a co-op apartment on the Upper East Side . My primary residence is in the San Diego, CA area and travel to NYC was not possible because of the pandemic. However, from a buyer’s perspective, I felt this was the right time to buy, so Karine was literally “my eyes” to allow me to select and purchase an apartment remotely from the West Coast. Karine was extremely thorough in assessing candidate properties, creating detailed videos of candidate apartments and building amenities for me to view, and giving me her candid opinions of the pros and cons of each property. Her service was outstanding and she made me feel very comfortable buying a property without seeing it in person, something I have never done before but which was necessary for this transaction due to the COVID19 Pandemic. In all cases, she was extremely responsive, answering any questions and doing what was required on her part in an extremely timely manner. She educated me on the process of buying property in NYC, another thing I have never done before. She referred me to an outstanding real estate attorney. I placed so much trust in Karine’s knowledge that the apartment I purchased was the one Karine rated as the best of all those under consideration, and to this date I still feel it was an excellent choice!! I could not have asked for better service and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Karine was so helpful when we were looking for an apartment rental within a few weeks for our daughter. We live out of state and were trying to navigate the process long distance and Karine was so great to work with. She listened to what we were looking for, previewed multiple apartments for us and FaceTimed us so that we could see them. She was very friendly, responsive and such a pleasure to work with as well as being very knowledgeable about the NYC area. I highly recommend her services to anyone needing real estate services.
