Karl started his career in Real-estate in the Early 1980’s investing in real estate buying, selling, rehabilitating, and as a property owner. In 1999 he started as a sales agent selling residential, investment, and commercial properties. Off to a good start as a rookie of the year with First Realty GMAC. Since his sales career began, he has been with REMAX Lakeside and has never looked back. He loves helping buyers, sellers, corporations, farmers, hunters, and real-estate Investors make their next move. Prior to real estate sales, he was in the Automotive Service Industry for 34 years.
