Mr. Chu is very knowledgeable about real estate business and the area where we are interested in. Good response and negotiation skills. Overall I recommend him to deal for the real estate business. He is an excellent agent who knows about Laguna Woods very well.

Karl Chu is an expert in the Laguna Woods area and I would highly recommend reach out to him if you are interested in buying or selling.

We bought a place for my parents and Karl was able to give us insider information on the clubhouses, shuttle bus schedule, HOA, costs, prices, history, etc. Purchasing a property at Laguna Woods is more than buying four walls and a floor. There is so much more to it than that. Walkability is different by property and each area has its own pro’s and con’s.

Karl is also a gentleman and a great listener. His response rate is pretty darn fast too. :)
