Karl Hoffman

As a lifelong resident of the Cedar Rapids area, Karl began his career in 1996 as an intern for the Scott Olson group while completing his undergraduate study at Coe College. After earning his BA in Business Administration, Karl became a licensed Realtor and in 1999 joined Olson’s team full time. Over the past 18 years, Karl has been active in sales and leasing of office, retail warehouse/industrial and investment properties, building his book of business steadily over the years to become a consistent multi-million-dollar producer. In 2011 Karl earned his MBA at Mt Mercy University, utilizing the executive program to further broaden his skill set. Karl is known for being a client-focused agent and relentless problem solver who works diligently to ensure the best client experience possible. Karl currently serves as the Board Chair of the Affordable Housing Network, a division of Four Oaks.
