I cannot say enough good things about Karl! Karl is such an amazing real estate agent! My fiancé and I had been looking at houses on and off for a while with another agent and stopped because the other agent was not helpful at all. Karl gives you honest opinions and feedback of things as if he were helping family! Told us like it was and things he thought could be done with houses and have us options when putting in offers. Could not recommend him enough! He’s truly one of a kind!

I’ve known Karl for roughly 7 years and since day one I knew he was trustworthy. When we went to post our house he immediately gave us the pros and cons and assured us we were making the right move. Karl set up everything from viewings to photographs and assured us he would get a deal done.

After a week or so we hit a wall with a lot of positive feed back, but no serious buyers. Karl went into his own pocket and expanded our viewings and put our house out on different websites looking for a buyer and eventually it worked. After two weeks our house had an offer.

After the offer was given the home inspection report came back with what appeared to be very far fetched demands to get fixed and requested to be done immediately. After consulting to with Karl about there wants, he immediately put his foot down, used his experience in the real estate business and assured us he’d take care of it. After a couple of phone calls and negotiation tactics, Karl saved us roughly 7 thousand in repairs and informed them that we were not budging from what we were willing to fix.

After a little back and forth all parties agreed on the originally cost minus a few repairs and everything was back on track. After the final total came back, Karl noticed a couple ridiculous charges and fees and requested that they came off the final bill, which it was.

Although we had a couple of bumps along the way, Karl made this a smooth transaction as best as he could from start to finish. He answered any and all question’s we threw at him. His experience in this field will continue to grow and he will become even more successful at what he does then he already is today. We cannot wait to purchase our forever home in the near future and we will definitely be choosing Karl and his Re/Max team to assist us on the way.

Karl is a fantastic realtor. It was great working with him to sell our home at 6500 Oxford Ave. Karl is knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. His guidance was invaluable. He responded to our questions (and we had alot of them) quickly and accurately. His observations on what we needed to do were excellent. He connected us with workmen and a cleaning crew that were spot on. In all, he made our house selling experience alot less stressful. We thank him for a job well done and would recommend him highly.

I am a first time home buyer and admittedly had some concerns regarding the world or real estate. However when I began conversing with Karl, he helped eased those concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable and never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question. I was able to get a great deal on my first duplex. I was so nervous about selling our house before meeting Karl. I cannot express enough how much of a positive experience I have had with the whole process and I can only attribute this to Karl’s professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge. I had no idea what to do and he was able to answer every question I had and would respond very quickly. I don’t think there was an email I sent him that went more than a weekday without a response.
