I have been a resident of Anne Arundel County for the past 34 years and a licensed Realtor for over 22 years. My wife and I have raised 3 children who have graduated from Southern High (a blue ribbon school) and have been able to graduate from college.

I have been part of the real estate market when real estate was booming when there were multiple offers on the same property and now when interest rates are the lowest in years.

Now it is cheaper for a lot of renters to buy their first homes. We should be on a mission to try to repair potential buyers credit scores and give them the opportunity to qualify them for the American dream of being a homeowner.
