Would highly recommend Karla to anyone looking to buy or sell. She was kind, efficient, prompt, thorough, and has superb customer service! We had a buyer with pretty outrageous demands and Karla was able to negotiate to our satisfaction and fairly. She listed our home and we were under contract within 2 days. We were relocating out of state and Karla made the whole process seamless, kept us in the loop the entire time, and went above and beyond. Will definitely use Karla again if we ever relocate to South Carolina. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Karla was very professional knowledgeable and patient. While we were looking for a house during a very difficult market, she was very quick to zone in on exactly what we were looking for. Once we found what we wanted she was awesome on drawing up a contract that was accepted (which is difficult in today’s market).While some personal hardships (death in family)arose around closing Karla monitored and made the transaction effortlessly perfect. She is now a great friend. Thanks again Karla.

Karla literally had me at hello. I knew, after our first conversation, that she was who I needed for my Type A, perhaps described by many as, demanding personality. I knew exactly what I needed to happen; Karla jumped right in. Buying and selling in approximately six weeks is not for the wavering or the weak. Karla kept me grounded, many times, with her expertise and knowledge of the current market in Greenville. I realize my dreams in such a way that surprises are usually not an issue, mainly cause my nerves and patience don't support them. Karla keyed in on this part of my personality, and others, immediately, and made the journey way less stressful, manic, and dare I say a little fun?! She exceeded my expectations and is absolutely phenomenal at what she does. YOU need HER on your side!

Karla was amazing to work with!! I was living in Chicago and looking to relocate to Greenville. Karla made the house hunting easy during a crazy time in the housing market. Karla checked all the boxes on the homes I was searching for, and went above and beyond to help me find my dream home. I had a short time frame to find a home and Karla spent the entire week I was in Greenville driving me to look at dozens of homes.Being an out of state buyer was stressful and Karla handled all the details, attorneys, inspections and even served as my power of attorney at the closing. Can’t say enough good things about Karla Alvarez. She was the listing agent on my house and helped me stage it, price it properly, and get it sold. I suffered a serious illness during part of the time it was listed and she worked well with my family. Karla even had her husband mow the lawn for us!
