“In 2011, I was new to Chicago, and knew next to nothing about the city, its neighborhoods or where I might fit in. I even tried to find an apartment on my own - which was an unmitigated disaster. Fortunately, my employer offered relocation, and I was able to partner with Karla as a result. In one call, I told her my budget, fascination with vintage architecture, and that I preferred to be somewhere with easy access to the expressway and the “L.” Within 1 week, she sent me profiles to review, and then scheduled no less than 7 different apartments to visit, all of which met my exact specifications. By the end of that day, I’d begun the application process and moved in within a few weeks. Karla and I kept in touch throughout the years, and when I decided I wanted to buy a home, she was my first call. There was no one I trusted more to guide me in the process. I had read about the neighborhood I was interested in, but had never lived there. Karla assisted me considering all options, and ultimately decided to rent first, to be 100% sure I loved the area, and then I did it. I purchased my first home. Within two months, I was offered a promotion on the East Coast, and once again I turned to Karla for support. She helped me select a property management firm to manage my condo, allowing me to work and live away from the Midwest. Karla is the consummate professional. She’s smart, organized, kind and pragmatic. Whenever I have an opportunity, I love recommending her to friends and family. That’s the real testament to how I regard her. I want everyone to experience this level of support when undertaking some of the biggest decisions in life.

As an update, I recently sold my condo in Chicago in less than two weeks with Karla’s expertise. I never cease to be amazed at her skill and just how committed she is to her clients. She has been such a pleasure to know and work with. I can’t begin to explain how much her support has meant to me.
