My journey as a home seller with my agent Karla Jaimes begin with a mailbox flyer in which I held for several months before I made the call to inquire about the process. I was slow and a procrastinator but, working with Karla made me appreciate business relationships. I recommend Karla Jaimes (EXP Realtor) of Miami to anyone looking to expediate any Real Estate transaction. She made selling my home such a breeze I was new to the idea of being a Home seller after living in my home for 23 years. Karla gave me ideas on what will move my home off the market fast prior to/ once listed and I followed her instructions which was a benefit to me overall. Karla was very professional and personal, always available to answer questions; helping me in every step of the selling process via face-to-face, text messages, phone calls; email. Karla explained everything in a way that was easy to understand up to the time to select from the many desirable money offers on the table for my home. Karla listed my home in December for 2 consecutive days and it was under contract the six day; all documents finalized 13 days later.
