Karla was absolutely amazing to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy. She was so knowledgeable when it came to our questions about DE and the community we purchased in. My husband and I were buying from out of state and she was so on the ball we could really sit back and trust Karla to keep us on track from afar. The whole process was as seamless as can be. She made our visits to DE to look at properties, do the inspection, and close as efficient as possible. She also stepped in on multiple occasions to address pesky requests from our loan officers.
