I have had the pleasure of working with Karla Morgan. I needed to sell a vacation home in Delaware, but I live in Maryland. Karla met with me right away to get the paperwork started and the listing was up in no time.The listing was set up with beautiful pictures and I had interest in the property right away. I had two offers within two months and settled on one. Karla’s knowledge of the area helped me both in setting the price and negotiating the final sale.After the inspection, I required many visits to the Delaware home to get estimates for work. Karla took care of all those visits for me so I did not have to go there in person. She always answers my calls quickly. On top of that she is friendly and supportive. I loved working with her and she always took care of things and kept me informed. I highly recommend her if you need a realtor in Delaware.

Karla was absolutely amazing to work with and we would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy. She was so knowledgeable when it came to our questions about DE and the community we purchased in. My husband and I were buying from out of state and she was so on the ball we could really sit back and trust Karla to keep us on track from afar. The whole process was as seamless as can be. She made our visits to DE to look at properties, do the inspection, and close as efficient as possible. She also stepped in on multiple occasions to address pesky requests from our loan officers. We’re so happy in our new home and appreciate that every step of this process was exciting and fun. Thank you Karla!
