Karla was such an amazing resource and asset to our family during the process of selling our mother's home. She was always there for us during a very difficult time to help guide us during the sales process. And after, Karla was there to help find the right contractors after inspection, even giving up so much of her own time to meet with them at the house! We found Karla online with her many exceptional reviews, and after talking with her about our goals over the phone, we clicked and immediately knew we wanted to work with her. She helped us find our dream house in 2 weeks! Her communication via email, text, and phone was very quick and definitely helped us find our house so quickly. She was objective when looking at homes with us and pointed out certain aspects of the home to be mindful of when considering our budget. Karla is definitely a pro negotiator when it came to making an offer, all the while keeping in mind our goals and what we were comfortable with. Ultimately this led to our finding our dream home way faster than I could have imagined. We will definitely work with her again if and when we sell our house.

Best realtor ever! We have worked with Karla for both buying and selling a home in MD and throughout each process, she was exceptionally professional, responsive and deeply knowledgeable about the market and the buying/selling process. All of her recommendations throughout the processes were excellent and helped make the home sale and moving process as smooth and low-stress as possible. Karla and her team did an AMAZING job! We were so impressed with Karla's support while buying a house, that we asked her to help us sell the house 3 years later. She is extremely knowledgeable of the entire process and the local area. Karla was responsive to our phone calls and e-mails throughout the buying and selling of our house. It was fabulous working with Karla and her team! They were always responsive to the plethora of questions I asked. They0 offered excellent advice on how to prepare our home for selling. We did what she advised so that we were not the reason for staying on market. She and her team successfully got us a buyer quickly and navigated us through the selling process. Karla was outstanding!

She helped me secure a lot that had a builder tie in. I am a builder myself so I really wanted that lake front lot but wanted to build it myself. I tried for 6 months to secure the lot with no avail. After contacting Karla she had it under contract in less than 2 months WITHOUT a builder tie in. We settled within 3 months. Highly recommended her to anyone.
