Before forming Renfrow Realty Group, Karla earned a BBA in Marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington and worked in the field of Recruiting. During her tenure in Recruitment, she helped place hundreds of professionals in various trades, from Sales and Marketing to Medical and Engineering.
Born and raised in Dallas, TX, Karla is very familiar with and has a true passion for the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. She currently resides in Flower Mound with her husband and three children. When Karla is not busy helping homeowners find their perfect home, you can often find her pursuing her own philanthropic goals, which she is very passionate about. After her son, Jake, was born in 2009 and diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and Autism, Karla quickly began advocating for children with special needs. She has since built her annual fundraiser, Jake’s Journey, and has raised thousands of dollars for local charities and non-profit organizations that assist both children and adults with special needs, such as Ability Connection Texas and SEEK Camp, both located in North Texas.
