From start to finish, Karla was knowledgeable and always available to answer my questions. She provided a personalized restage and virtual photography for my home while directing the entire process. The restage transformed my home into a premium property! When it came time to negotiate offers, Karla was a skilled negotiator who helped me get the best possible price for my home. Dream House come true because my relator was a dream come true!! Wanna buy your dream home then let Karla do her magic. The last house I purchased was 23 years ago and wow has the market changed. There is no way I could have done this without her. She was there every step of the way, even steps I didn’t know we needed to take. Then when we finally found my potential house, she did even more work. She worked with the sellers agent and she did due diligence to uncover any potential issues that could exist or could happen. She met the home inspectors, work with the city, found the home builder from 1998 and so much more. Karla made my dream home become a reality. I am so grateful and blessed. I love my new home!! Hiring Karla was the only thing my ex husband and I agreed on during our divorce. We first met her when moving to the Orlando area and couldn't be more grateful for her. Not only is she the BEST realtor I've ever dealt with, she is honest and always looks out for your best interest. She never makes you feel like a burden when you have questions or concerns. I've bought and sold houses in Fl and AZ and let me tell you, if I could clone her in every county/state I buy/sell in I would! Please don't look any further when looking for a realtor.
