I first reached out to Louise Torrisi at the end of January 2022 for an April 1 move-in date. I was told by many agents before that it was too early to start renting for this time period and nothing else. Louise informed me of the same but gave me her personal cell and email and told me to contact her towards the end of February and she would help me, and help me she did. I have never experienced the personal service that Louise provided in any industry, let alone real estate. It is difficult renting in New York (I have a history of renting in Ann Arbor, MI and most recently San Diego, CA which was super straightforward) and Louise guided me through the whole process. I told her my desired location and price and she was able to provide me options immediately. The application process was tricky and I needed to use a guarantor which made it more complex but I was in constant communication with Louise via text or phone to make sure all my ducks were in a row when it came time to submit. She braved the cold to FaceTime me from outside the apartment so I could get a feel of the building and the neighborhood (I am still in California and was not able to visit). My application was accepted and she was very excited for me, as our work together had been a huge success! I am moving into a great place on April 1 because of Louise’s personal dedication to serving her clients. I will 100% reach out to her when I need to look at properties again and anyone reading this should too. Thank you Louise!

My wife and I worked with a handful of brokers, but went through an amazing and smooth experience with Besnik H. at Mirador Real Estate. Even with the pandemic restrictions and limitations in seeing apartments, Besnik was flexible enough to show us multiple options and helped us find the best space for us.
He was professional to the "T" and also eased any concerns we had with the building we were moving to.
In addition, Besnik and Stefania B. (Mirador associate) were very quick in responses and helped us negotiate the best price for our apartment.

This review is for Zack Haluszczak, my agent. Zack was amazing to work with - he quickly understood my needs and showed me relevant apartments from day 1! He had good relations with all the leasing agents so it was easy for us to get viewings done after hours or last minute, he just had to make a call :) I really appreciated that Zack saved me a ton of time looking at neighborhoods or buildings that werent a fit. I can be super picky - has to have enough sunlight/close to trains but not crowded/washer dryer etc. so he would tell when i would recommend something why it wasnt a fit for me and i didnt have to waste my time. Besnik went above and beyond my expectations while helping me find a new apartment. After he showed me the unit I reached out about, he took me to a few other buildings in the area with similar units without me even having to ask.

None of the apartments worked out the first day, but he sent me periodic updates with other apartments that fit my criteria and eventually we found one that I liked. After I signed the lease, he stayed helpful and answered all my questions, unlike some brokers who collect their fee and walk away. Where do I begin? After listing my co-op apt for rent with 2 other agents over 6 months having moved from NYC to FL, God sent an angel in Deirdre Scott at Mirador. Her communication and follow-up throughout the process was thorough and honest. Deirdre was diligent in facilitating the viewing of the apt and processing of potential tenants. You get the feel that not only does she love what she does but also goes above and beyond to make sure it is done and feel right. I notified my leasing office that I would be breaking my lease. I essentially had less than two weeks to find a new tenant or else I would be heavily penalized. Luckily, my leasing office connected me with Paul Magyar at Mirador Real Estate. First of all, Paul is an excellent communicator. He responds to texts and emails very quickly and he makes sure to always give you updates. Secondly, he is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He knows NYC rentals and what needs to be done to find a tenant. Lastly, he's confident. Even though we had such a short amount of time to find a new tenant, he was sure he would find one, which put my mind at ease and allowed me to focus on my move (NYC to Indiana).

My experience with Kunal was great! He worked so fast in finding the perfect apartment for my cousin and I and we could not have been happier with how smoothly everything ran. He suggested apartments that were in-line with our search criteria (i.e. price, location etc.), wasn't pushy, did his research, and listened to our likes / dislikes by location, unlike most other realtors. Look forward to working with him again.

Paul was so easy to work with. He was very accessible and easy to communicate with. Whether it was via text or email he always got back to me within 24 hours and usually within hours! He was very helpful through the process explaining how things work and sort of walking my through what I needed to be doing. Everything was done in a timely manner- getting the keys to my place, getting photos done by a photographer, getting clearance from my management company to lease the building, and setting up an open house. From start to finish it took 2-3 weeks. He was able to rent my apartment after only 1 showing and he got a total of 6 offers on the place (a small studio walk up). I was very impressed. He made the process very easy, stress free, and was a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to rent their space.

Mirador helped my bf find a renter for his coop. As a new/novice landlord, we appreciated that the agent was patient and responsive throughout the entire process. Overall they did a spectacular job, and we hope to use them to place us in our next apt!

Jennifer R. at Mirador is awesome! Super professional and clearly works very hard to perform for her clients. Jennifer was brought in on a split fee transaction. We had some initial hiccups with my introducing realtor from another agency that brought us to the apt Jennifer was showing. Jennifer saw this and quickly covered many of the responsibilities that were to fall on our introducing realtor. And Jennifer did everything she could to ensure that we got the apartment. Jennifer also spent a lot of time working with us and the landlord to navigate some tricky financials on my side. Again, Jennifer put in the effort and got the results! We're in the apartment, we love it, and all thanks to Mirador and Jennifer R's exception efforts!
