Karla Wagner

Karla Wagner has been serving her clients' real estate needs since 2009. She has two adult children, Mitch Wagner (Mitch is a great residential builder), and Jill Wagner Small (Restaurant Manager), and five grandchildren! Karla's background is in residential construction. She has a builder's license and has been building since 1979, including developing residential neighborhoods, as well as commercial building. Karla is fond of West Michigan having grown up in Ottawa county. Licensed to sell real estate anywhere in the State of Michigan, Karla uses her knowledge and skills to help many clients not only buy/sell, but remodel/repair as well. Her favorite thing about real estate is helping people realize their dream in finding a home that fits their needs and budget. In her free time, she enjoys antiquing, horses, reading and her grandkids.
