I'm Karlene. I hopped into real estate in 2007. I help people buy and sell property in Virginia Beach, Suffolk, Chesapeake and Norfolk.
I promise that I will tell you everything you need to know about a property before you buy it - even if it means I don't earn a commission or make a sale. I believe that my clients can make better decisions about their future when they have the best information possible. I know that moving and buying a house are stressful and scary, so when I work for you, I do everything I can to make that process simple and easy.
