About Karlii

Karlii’s passion for connecting with people, love of the idea of "home", and helping others led her to the path of becoming a Realtor. Her desire to be the best at what she does lead to her decision to join Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty. Her first job out of college was with Marriott Hotels where she learned from one of the best hospitality brands how to build personal relationships with clients and leave no stone unturned while tending to the service of customers.

She was quickly recruited out of the hotel industry by one of her clients who thought she would be perfect for international property management and leasing. In her new role as a leasing consultant at a 340-unit apartment complex, she discovered her love for the home search and a natural ability for finding what best suited people's needs and making it happen!

After spending time in the leasing industry, Karlii longed to pursue a career with more entrepreneurial opportunities and wanted to help people find their long-term homes. She quickly got her real estate license and knew that the Sotheby's International Realty Brand was for her. It was the best decision she have ever made. Surrounded by the best of the best in the business, she learned to provide platinum service to clients in a team environment with a network of support and resources spanning the globe!
