Karlton Morris and Maureen Lind were recommended by a family friend when my wife and I were thinking about moving to Annapolis. We were new to this process and both Karlton and Maureen provided so much patience while we struggled through numerous decisions at first time home buying. They went above and beyond when it came to lining up visits, listings and eventually provided everything needed once we decided on a house. There was so little work we had to do because they had taken care of everything for us.

Seven years later our family had grown and we knew it was time to give Karlton and Maureen a call to find us a larger home. This was in the late 2020 time frame when the world seemed to be falling apart due to COVID. Karlton and Maureen did not miss a beat; they were able to get us into a great house in a fantastic neighborhood just outside of Annapolis within a matter of months. They even helped negotiate some contingencies that enabled us to transition from one house to another with little to no impact on our lives.

One of the best traits Karlton and Maureen have is their communication. Throughout the process you are talking to them, they are providing you updates, advice, etc. With all the check-ins and discussions they become like family members during the homebuying process. We have recommended them to our family members in need of a local relator. Karlton will call in to check up on us occasionally and even drop off cookies around the holidays.

I highly recommend Karlton and Maureen to anyone looking to purchase a house in the area!
